Evesham and Chipping Campden are topping the charts for tourism inquiries

CHIPPING Campden and Evesham have both seen a significant increase in demand from holidaymakers in the last year, according to new figures. Holiday rental giant Holidaylettings.co.uk, owned by TripAdvisor, has seen enquires for rural destinations spike this year, with both towns in the top 20. Evesham has seen an increase in inquiries of 35.2 per cent, while for Chipping Campden, the number has jumped by a whopping 108 per cent.

Omni Hotels was hit by point-of-sale malware

Omni Hotels & Resorts has reported that point-of-sale systems at some of its properties were hit by malware targeting payment card information. The attack on the systems of the luxury hotel chain follows similar breaches of point-of-sale systems at various hotels and retailers like Hyatt Hotels, Target, Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide and Hilton Worldwide Holdings.
